Directions & Gifts

Hi all

I can't believe how much time has flown by...less than 5 weeks until the big day!

We've had a few enquries about gifts and directions so I thought a blog post wouldn't go a miss to clarify things.

Gifts

We said with our invites that you being there with us is the most important thing to us, however if people wanted to give a gift, we would like monetary donations (however big or small!) towards our honeymoon please. We are going to have a postbox at the reception which people can post cards and envelopes through and we are happy to receieve donations either in cash or by cheque that way. However, if you would rather give it to us in person before the day, then that's fine too.

Cheques can be paid to Miss J Smith or Mr. Sean Bass. In terms of cash, we don't mind either british pounds or American Dollars. We will be changing all of our money for spending money on our honeymoon.

We are aware that some people like to bring actual gifts to a wedding and that's fine too. As I said, just having everyone there will be enough for us. :)

Just 10 weeks to go.....

Well we're nearly there, just 10 weeks to go, and I must say everything is well under control. Not much for us to do now but sit back and look forward to the day.

I wish I could take all the credit for it, but Jess did help a little bit.......alright maybe Jess does deserve most of the credit.

She has after all sorted out the DJ, the catering, the wedding car, the flowers, the table centre pieces, and of course the honeymoon. I could go on but I would be here all day, I will say that without all of Jess’ tireless effort and hard work we wouldn’t be where we are now.

Thank you darling, you really are amazing.

OMG...only 101 days to go!

I've promised Sean I'll let him do the next big blog post (will arrive sometime in the next 3 months!) but I just wanted to say....

..it's all starting to sink in that I'm getting married and I'm practically wetting myself with excitement!

YAY!

Love the future Mrs Bass xxxx
